Built in 2003, Serenade of the seas was the third in the Radiance-class series and features floor to ceiling glass walls that allow natural sunlight to flow into the ship.  Serenade of the seas encompasses modern convinces, on a mid-sized ship. Guests can lounge by one of the three pools or enjoy Broadway-style entertainment in the multi-level theater.

What is unique about this ship?

Renovations made in 2012 updated Serenade of the Seas to incorporate popular features such as an outdoor movie screen, Asian and Mexican specialty restaurants, Diamond and Concierge Lounges as well as a new Royal Babies & Tots Nursery. Serenade of the Seas also offers a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, with classes including yoga and tai chi.

What type of traveler is this ship best for?

Serenade of the Seas is best suited for families, couples or groups. The six pools and whirlpools will provide relaxation for both adults and kids.  The miniature golf, basketball court and climbing wall will surely provide entertainment that brings the family together. Adults can enjoy pre-dinner cocktails at one of the 16 bars, clubs and lounges before heading to the main dining room or one of the five specialty restaurants on board.
