EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 

Bryan Hartson has served as the Corona Fire Safety Foundation (CFSF) President after serving as interim Vice President. Bryan’s dedication to volunteering includes Corona High Band Booster President for several years; AYSO Head Soccer Coach; Vice President and President PTA Elementary School; PTSA President Middle School; Lead Ambassador – Public Speaking Coach and LinkedIn Expert Advisor.  

Bryan’s professional life spans several decades, serving as a Senior Leader during the recent mortgage crisis, helping develop and implement the State and Federal Foreclosure Prevention Programs, helping struggling homeowners in remaining in their properties during difficult times, and managing staffing levels in excess of 500 associates over multiple cultures and companies.  Bryan is proud to be a representative with the CFSF and is FBI cleared.

Leadership experience directing the work of 500+ associates, across multiple sites, including offshore.  

Development and management of counseling model for 2 Billion Dollar contract for Keep Your Home

California program with direct interaction with Cal-HFA MAC Executives and major mortgage banks and

24 years of expert experience involving customer service, collections, loss mitigation, Foreclosure Prevention, training, quality assurance, inbound, outbound and project leadership.  Team player, results based leader who has the knowledge and ability to implement compliance, quality, productivity, associate, customer metrics. US Chamber of Commerce Legislative Action Committee representative for Corona Chamber.

CALL CENTER OPERATIONS 

In depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of operational management.    Extensive background in Call Centers and Loan Servicing. 

PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

Project leadership experience includes operation and call center startup; development and rollout of nationwide operating systems and development/management of disaster recovery

solutions.  Experienced in developing and implementing staff management solutions and process reengineering. 

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT 

Strength in motivating, coaching and managing diverse groups in customer-sensitive environments.  Management of 500+ associates.  Flexible and results-driven with the ability to coach and influence in a direct reporting structure and indirect support roles.
