Please be certain that the correct ages of all passengers have been selected. There are minimum age requirements with many lines and passengers may be denied boarding if requirements are not met. In addition certain age groups may receive a discount. As a result, we require birthdates for all passengers at time of booking.
Do You Have Proof Of Citizenship?
A passport is required. Visas may also be required on some itineraries.
Are you Pregnant?
Travel is prohibited during the third trimester of pregnancy. Prior to that time pregnant women may travel only with a letter of permission from their doctor stating due date.
Different Rates for Booking online vs. live agents
Once you have decided on the ship and itinerary date, chosen a cabin category and selected a cabin assignment or guarantee cabin, the total cost for the number of passengers selected is displayed. The total cost includes the cruise fare, port charges and government fees, but does not include trip insurance. There are no hidden fees added to any of CruiseBrothers.com's prices when booking online. ONLINE PRICES MAY BE DIFFERENT!
Should I purchase air?
Please read the following information carefully:
The choice of airline, routing, and flight time is strictly at the discretion of the cruise line. If your cruise departs from Miami or Fort Lauderdale; Seattle or Vancouver; the cruise line reserves the right to fly you into either city and bus you to the pier.
When purchasing an air/sea package, the cruise line is kept informed of your itinerary and may choose to hold the ship if they know passengers will be arriving late. With an air/sea package, you also receive ground transfers to and from the ship. A representative from the cruise line will be at the gate upon your arrival or in the baggage claim area to direct you to the motor coaches. Generally, they will carry a sign with the name of the cruise line, making it easier for you to see them. If you do not wish to use the transportation provided, taxis are available outside the terminal for a nominal fee. Air schedules are not available from the cruise line until 25 days prior to sailing. The cruise line may use chartered flights or regular scheduled airlines.
CRUISEBROTHERS.COM would like to provide you with the opportunity to contact the airlines directly. You will be mailed a list of airline phone numbers along with your air schedule. Please be advised that in the case of charter flights, as well as many international flights, seat assignments will not be available until check-in at the airport.

Be Advised: Any changes including cancellation of air that are made to your reservation inside of 90 days for 3, 4, 5 or 7 day cruises and 120 days for holiday sailings or cruises longer than 7 days, will be charged a change fee or penalty that will be assessed by the cruise line. It is not a requirement to purchase your airline tickets through the cruise line. If you elect to make your own air reservation, the cruise line will assume no responsibility if any problems arise or you miss the ship. We strongly recommend that you plan to arrive at least one day prior to sailing, especially during the winter months. When scheduling your flights, you must obtain the cruise line's guidelines for appropriate arrival and departure times.
Air Deviation Programs
Most cruise lines allow you to request a specific airline and routing, at a charge of $35 or more per person. You may choose to use this program if you are unhappy with the conditions that are stated in Air/Sea Package. If this is your choice, be aware that these deviations must be made as soon as possible and at least ninety (90) days prior to your departure date on a 3,4,5, or 7 night cruise and at least 120 days prior to cruises of 8 nights or more. If you will be traveling with other passengers who will be staying in another cabin and wish to be scheduled on the same flights, you must request an Air Deviation for all passengers at the same time. The sooner you request your Air Deviation the better your chances will be to get exactly what you requested. Deviations are Non-Refundable!!
Be Advised: If you have purchased a pre or post cruise you may want to consider a deviation to ensure you will arrive or depart at a time convenient for you. ONCE TICKETS HAVE BEEN ISSUED, NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED!
CruiseBrothers.com transmits your credit card details securely to the cruise line you are booked with. You will be billed by the cruise line or in some cases by CruiseBrothers.com for the total cost of your cruise. Normally, if your cruise is departing within 70 days of your reservation (90 days for holidays and special sailings), your credit card will be billed the total price at the time of confirmation. If your cruise departs beyond 70 days (90 days for holidays and special sailings), you would only be billed a per person deposit. Each cruise line has their own deposit requirements and CruiseBrothers.com transmits only the deposit amount required by that particular cruise line. CruiseBrothers.com automatically transmits the final payment for your cruise on the due date required by the cruise line.
Immediately after you enter your credit card number into our secure system and click PURCHASE, your information is then transmitted to the cruise line and a booking confirmation will be displayed on your screen. An email is also sent confirming your cruise purchase.
It is extremely important that you examine your confirmation / invoice carefully upon receipt.
Be sure that your legal name on your invoice matches your driver's license and proof of citizenship. Women with surnames different from those on their birth certificate may be required to present proof of name change (i.e., marriage certificate). If there is a problem, please call customer service and make the correction(s). This correction must be made immediately to ensure that your cruise documents are correct. If names are not corrected, it will result in a change fee of $50.00 per person.
Please remember that your invoice is a confirmation of your booking.

Family oriented cruises offer activities for children and teens. Baby-sitting can be arranged on board at the Purser's office, for a fee.
we will make every attempt to confirm your dining preference prior to sailing. Please see your maitre'd if your dining accommodations or table assignment are not to your liking, and every effort will be made to change them. Any changes will be made discreetly.
Seating requests are made at time of booking so the earlier you book the better the chance that your request will be honored. If you are traveling with other passengers, please inform your agent so that he/she will cross-reference all cabins for dining.
Cruise Documents & Tickets
Cruise and airline tickets are sent to CRUISEBROTHERS.COM directly from the cruise line, approximately seven (7) to ten (10) days prior to your departure date. If you are traveling during the months of December through April or holiday periods, it is possible we may receive your tickets a few days before departure. The tickets are checked for accuracy and then are forwarded to you via U.S. MAIL, PRIORITY MAIL or FEDERAL EXPRESS if necessary. Please be advised that your signature will be required by FEDERAL EXPRESS. When you receive your cruise tickets, please be sure to read them thoroughly. Of course, if you have any questions, please call our Customer Care Department. Enclosed with your tickets, you will find cruise line baggage tags that must be filled out and attached to your luggage. (If you have purchased air separately, do not attach the cruise line tags until you have claimed your luggage in the baggage claim area.) If you have not been assigned a cabin number, ask the porter at the pier to locate it for you from the ship's manifest. Be sure to put your cabin number on the luggage tags to ensure your luggage will arrive at your cabin. You will also find embarkation forms with your cruise documents which must be filled out prior to check in.
These cabins CANNOT be booked online
Handicapped cabins cannot be booked online and you must call CruiseBrothers.com to book. However, CruiseBrothers.com will honor the web discount pricing for cruises that cannot be booked online.
What is a guarantee?
This means that you can purchase the specific stateroom category on the ship but a stateroom will not be assigned yet. Usually you will find out the stateroom number at the pier. Occasionally the stateroom number will be provided in advance. You will never receive a cabin in a category less than the category booked and there may be a possibility of an upgrade.
If you cancel your cruise after the final payment deadline, you will suffer cancellation penalties. The cancellation penalties may range from the loss of your deposit to the entire cost of your cruise. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation investment. The cost of trip cancellation insurance normally runs about 10% of the cost of your cruise, but this may vary.
Communication From Land To Ship
You may be contacted on the ship through the High Seas Operator. Their toll free number is (800) 732-2255. Be sure the caller knows the name of the ship, the passenger, and if possible, the cabin number and location of the ship. The operator will call the land party back as soon as contact has been made. The cost is approximately $25.00 for three (3) to five (5) minutes. Many ships now offer internet access for a fee. Please check your cruise brochure or with your cruise specialist for hours and fees on your ship.
Technology is not perfect... data is only as good as humans input. From time to time there may be errors with our booking tool. Please be patient and understand technology is not perfect. Prices are subject to change.
